Executive Luncheon Forum – Enhance Customer Experience with the Guest-centric Solution

Here is a sneak preview of what transpired during the Enhance Customer Experience with the Guest-centric Solution event held at the Seda Hotel in Bonifacio Global City. Attended and participated by business owners, executives, decision-makers, and partners from the hospitality industry.  

PASI was privileged to have Gunnar Orn Thorsteinsson, Product Director of LS Retail to share his knowledge about hospitality solutions. Rene Santos, President and CEO of PASI, discussed the benefits and importance of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central in retail and hospitality businesses.  

The event was well attended. One of the highlights of the event is the Self-Service Kiosk. The attendees were given the chance to experience the Self-Service Kiosk to show them how easy and convenient they are to use. A Self-Service Kiosk will provide better customer service, faster processes, increased order accuracy, a reduction in waiting time, and increased revenue and efficiency.
